Booking Information

All of my Pilates classes have a focus on building your functional strength, stability and core with a focus on pelvic control through movements. The combination of strengthening and flexibility exercises are adaptable various levels are offered with small in-person classes. The Pilates classes are dynamic and have a combination of standing work alongside some more traditional Matwork Pilates, they will challenge you but they are also fun and rewarding!
